Saturday, July 18, 2026 Annual Recreational Washer Toss Tournament & Community Picnic will be held at Tuadook Village Community Centre, 2282 Rt 420, Sillikers starting at 2 pm. Washer Toss, Axe Throwing & Games for Kids. Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Pop & Water will be available for sale (Kids under 12 can get One Hot Dog and Pop or Water Free). Recreational Washer toss sign up $20 per team (Limit of 20 Teams). Prizes 1st place $300, 2nd place $200, 3rd place $100. A community breakfast will take place on Sunday, July 19th from 9 am to 12 noon at Father Morriscy Centre in Bartibog. On the menu is 2 eggs, a choice of breakfast meats, brown beans, hashbrowns, toast, juice, coffee and tea. Adults: $12 Children under 13: $6. Everyone welcome!

The Burnt Church Community Centre, will be hosting a series of Lunch and Socials between 11:30 am and 2 pm on July 29th, August 5th and August 12th. Come join us and share hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hotdogs, sausages, vegan options and our famous homemade pies. Turn right on the Burnt Church Rd immediately after the 80km/ph speed sign to 326 Church River Road on the right.
