A fall supper will take place on Sunday, October 4th from 3 pm to 6 pm at Father Morriscy Centre in Bartibog. On the menu is: fresh chicken breast stuffed with dressing, gravy, homemade cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, carrots, peas, roll, tea, coffee and a selection of homemade desserts. Adults: $20. Improv for Anxiety in Miramichi is a local community-focused program established by Tara Audibert & Mandi Maher, to help people manage anxiety through humor, play, and creativity. Program Details • Core Goal: Uses improv games to release stress, build communication skills, gain spontaneity, and practice coping mechanisms in a safe space. • No Performance: Classes do not perform in front of an audience; activities are kept strictly within the supportive trust of the troupe. • No Experience Needed: You do not need prior improv experience (or even an anxiety diagnosis) to join. • Location & Cost: Hosted at O’Donaghue’s Irish Pub-Upstairs (1696 Water St, Miramichi, NB) with registration fees is $99 for 8 weeks.
