It is election day in New Brunswick as voters will choose a new provincial government.
After two years leading a minority government, Progressive Conservative leader Blaine Higgs is hoping his record will convince New Brunswickers to give him a majority mandate.
His main competition is from the opposition Liberals and leader Kevin Vickers who are trying to unseat Higgs and the PCs.
Meanwhile, the Green Party and the People’s Alliance are hoping to improve on the three seats they won in the last election.
Polls are open from 10 this morning until 8 this evening.
We will be on the air shortly after 8 with local and provincial election results here on 95.9 Sun FM.
